Why show gratitude?

Over the weekend, I had a great time with my friends and family. Great time and great food. What more could I ask for. I express my deepest gratitude for that abundance in life.

While I am writing this, I ask, how many people are aware of the abundance that fills their lives right now? I guess not many. I'm not in the best position to say anything I guess. And I do know, many people are taking lives for granted that they have forgotten they are actually surrounding by abundance. Having abundance really doesn't mean collecting that unending list of material possessions.

In our materialistic society we are told by others (many through our television sets and media) that we need more stuff to be happy and fulfilled, and when we acquire and possess the stuff they tell us we should have, they bring out more stuff, newer, improved, better stuff and tell us that we need that. But I guess that's how the world develops too! It's a parody in spirituality I bet.

But let me boldly state one thing which is, the vicious circle of material possessions doesn't end until we develop an attitude of gratitude.

How can being thankful for something stop us from wanting more and more possessions?

When you become grateful the aspects of life neglected. Instead of worrying about how you can get your next better car, you explore how you can create your next sign of love. Then your value will change and life appreciation grows. So that greedy appetite to acquire more material stuff lowers.

That's my simple explanation on gratitude. Thanks Marie Callas for your precious spiritual guide.

Hey hi... Thanks for the blog here and show inspirational and thoughtfull thought for all of us especially myself here.

One thing that disturbing me is there's some saying that this is a scam and I wish this is not true. Here's the link that I got and found out:

I do apologise if this create and uneasy among of us but clarification is what I need. That's all.

Many Thanks and Good Luck!

Hi there, thanks for your visit and comment.

Yeah, I do aware some people view this as a dishonest plan. I'd like to share my view.

I received Marie's letter sometime in mid 2006 and like you I was sceptical. But I still proceeded to reply to her as I really needed some luck that time. Maybe you call it blind faith. In the end, I was glad to did send back to her.

Next I received a detailed reading from Marie telling me about some lucky dates, numbers and a book about some secrets of luck. I followed through and was really ecstatic that those numbers make me some small fortunes.

Subsequently, I did purchase a few of Marie's other services and it's natural some were working out while some weren't that fantastic.

The good thing is, Marie Callas really REFUNDS you for those predictions which are not that accurate, even half year down the road!

I'd like to ask, if this is really a scam, why does her offer refund, even months down the road? I don't think other businesses allow such a long refund period.

Well, I don't understand why people view this as dishonest. I have yet to come across. As a blogger, I'll be the first to blog about it if Marie were dishonest.

Hope you have a nice day. :)
Cheers

Hi Suppiah, Thanks for replying and spending time to my inquiries.

I have received a few letters from Maria and responding to her accordingly. Lets see how things get going within this few months and I shall be back here for more comments.

At the same time, lets have other bloggers's view and comments on their experiences with Maria. Hope to receive more encouraging news from the rest.

Lets hope for the best.
